3 IDIOTS!!!

finally saw the really really popular movie...after returning empty handed from the ticket counter 3 days in a row...what i think is that despite a few over-filmy scenes(eg-the delivery by non professionals using a vaccum cleaner!!!) the movie manages to send across a really meaningful message to the masses....India's education system is doing no good to anyone...i'm sure most of you will agree with me when i say that in our system the actually smart and intelligent students are just pushed back to the last benches..the reason being that priority is not given to talent or passion but competition rather cut-throat competition...parents' and the teachers' pressure leaves the students classified into two groups-either the 'Chatur Ramalingams' or the 'idiots'...M more than thankful to the movie makers but have my doubts that the people who actually need to be inspired would ever even watch it. Most of our "Viruses" don't even know what a movie hall looks like from inside.Sadly enough,the maximum the movie will do is gratify all the mediocres about their grades and maybe the parents will pressurise the children less on being in the rat race.For the movie to serve its real purpose,i suggest the Indian Government pass a law requiring all heads of institutions esp. the "viruses" to watch it.
